Last night, we invited our friends over for a wallpaper tearing party. We were so grateful to have their help because we got all of the wallpaper off in the kitchen. There were two layers! It's at times like this that you wish you could go back to the person who was thinking of putting up wallpaper and tell them that it's not a good idea, but that didn't happen. So begins project #1.
Here is the kitchen as it used to look....
And now with no wallpaper or dirty dishes. Also new light fixtures. It already makes a world of difference....
Zach's project tomorrow is demolishing a wall and I'll be painting the bathroom. We made a Home Depot trip tonight that should keep us busy for a long while now. More to come...
